The majority of rescue organizations will benefit from the Light-frame & Reinforced Masonry (Operations Level) Rescue Operations course. This is the course that prepares rescuers to apply rescue techniques at the "Main Street" type of collapse. This is the more common scenario they will be faced with such as the tornado-impacted house or the commercial store that suffers a gas explosion. The class is a combination of lecture and significant hands-on applications in the following areas:
.For the rescue teams who wish to be prepared to deal with the heavy weights, such as concrete and steel framed buildings, we offer the NFPA Technician level compliant Concrete Collapse Rescue Course.
The Concrete Collapse Rescue course is designed to be taken after completion of the Light frame & UN-reinforced Masonry course, however, it can be taken as a stand-alone course. The class is a combination of lecture, case study, and primarily hands on training in the following areas:
